Able Baker Charlie is a quintessential modern Italian bakery, pizzeria & bar experience. The name is derived from a phonetic alphabet pilots used in WWII. Featuring handmade pizzas, both hot and ready to serve or made to order and contemporary fresh produce including organic, gluten free and healthy options.  Gourmet filled paninos, healthy piadini wraps and fresh pies are also prepared daily in our kitchen along with a wide range of sweet bakery products and delicious pastries.
For the early morning traveller, a fabulous breakfast offer is available, hot, tasty and ready to serve.
Able Baker Charlie also provides a selection of fine wine, Euro beers, fresh juices and spirits.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Able Baker Charlie offers a warm and rustic ambience featuring an open plan bakery and custom built stone pizza oven as the centrepiece.
